Our Mission

NEEC is a community collective with a single mission: to promote opportunity in equity and access to homeownership and affordable housing, provide equitable funding programs and and opportunities for under served communities, provide access to financial resources that facilitate pathways to homeownership, initiate socio economic development by offering educational workshops and programs that promote financial literacy.

The New England Equity Collective addresses a significant challenge and opportunity within underserved communities: the persistent gap in homeownership rates. This gap is not just a matter of housing disparity but also a critical factor in broader issues of economic inequality, access to education, and community stability.
